"在2015年的成交記錄,有些單位售價是HK$40,000 - 50,000/平方呎。",現在仍然生效嗎?應該不能了。
究竟在當時高位賣出,還是繼續等待更高的價位呢?業主應該很有體會吧。
未來十年,會有更高的價位嗎?如果有,業主已經又老了20年,唯有成為下一代的禮物吧。

Should they sell at the high price or continue to wait for a higher price? The owners should be very aware of this.
Will there be higher prices in the next ten years? If so, the owner has already aged another 20 years and these buildings can only become a gift to the next generation.
