看到網上很多人 (包括名人和意見領袖) 說氫水，說氫份子或氫氣會進入身體，中和自由基。
其實是錯的，他們自己當然不知道。
不是氫份子，而是氫離子。
氫份子和氫離子是不同的，都是氫的不同狀態。
他們沒有讀化學，或讀了忘記了，或讀得很差，原諒他們吧。
有些人更大大段留言，說我們每天喝水已經有大量氫氣，為甚麼要多此一舉喝氫水。看到這些留言，覺得他們這是很無知。
最初氫水杯賣超過港幣一千元一個，這些都是商人的妖言惑眾產品。
他們要這樣理解，他們只有這樣的智商，由他們吧。
不知道，沒有智慧，不懂，便以有限的知識去批評科學新產品，由他們吧。

Not hydrogen molecules or hydrogen gas, but hydrogen ions.
Hydrogen molecules and hydrogen ions are different, both are different states of hydrogen.
They didn't study chemistry, or they forgot about it, or they study it very poorly. Please forgive them.
Some people left a lot of comments, saying that we already have a lot of hydrogen in the water we drink every day, so why should we drink hydrogen water in excess? When I see these comments, I think they are very ignorant and naive.
At first, hydrogen water cups sold for more than HK$1,000 each. They said these were all products made by businessmen to deceive the public.
If they want to understand it this way, they only have this kind / level of IQ, let them do it, forgive them.
If you don't know, don't have the wisdom, or don't understand, let them criticize new scientific products with limited knowledge.
