The restaurant business on Nathan Road in Yaumatei is quite good

Arriving in Yaumatei today, take the Man Ming Lane exit of Yaumatei Station to the ground, via Nathan Road towards Mongkok.
I found that there seems to be no empty shop on Nathan Road, and many new restaurants have been opened, and the business of the restaurants is quite good.
If you haven't read the news of the past three years, you would think that Hong Kong has always been prosperous.
On both sides of Nathan Road, there are some nicely decorated new restaurants and cafes, and there are some Japanese restaurants too, as if in the era where a shop was hard to find.
The customers of these restaurants are mainly Hong Kong citizens.
But I immediately thought of Percival Street in Causeway Bay and Hennessy Road in Wanchai, where there are many empty shops. These two areas definitely are not as lively as Nathan Road in Yaumatei.
When will the economy return to normal?
