I bought a tool in a chain store, it turned out that there was a wrong accessory, and I called many times, but no one answered.
So I sent an email with a photo attached.
The next day, someone called to say they had my email and arranged for a replacement.
I really did not expect the customer service of the current chain store to be so agile.
I thought no one answered the phone, but it was fine, someone did follow up.
My impression of this chain has changed a bit.
