Braised Beef Short Rib is comparatively large in size. The taste is concentrated enough, meat texture is tender.
Baked Rice w/ Pork Chop
Chicken in Plum Sauce (half bird) is also not outstanding. The chicken is chilled.
Salad and soups are superior to the main courses.
There are two soups, namely vegetable clear soup and mushroom cream soup.

This is the newest Gingko House in Hong Kong. The most important points to drive us to dine here are that Gingko is a social restaurant and there is live band at night. We therefore would like to give it a try, no matter whether our spending can help Gingko House and the Academy.
The restaurant is nearly full every night. We of course have made reservation. It turns out that the restaurant is really full tonight. We order one main course for each person. For extra HK$28 per person, each person can enjoy buffet salad and soup. Food quality is very average. But what are added to the dinner are the environment and the live band. We do have a nice and leisure dinner. FYI, there is only one person in the live band, and the singer is not outstanding in singing, in our opinion.
