It has a Chinese restaurant name. Food presentation is acceptable, but food taste should have been modified. Food taste for the whole meal is at most very average. But for those locals in Yangon, I do not think that they notice such difference.

Kaung Myat Restaurant is quite an impressive restaurant in its outlook. The owner should have put effort in the decoration, at least it can attract us to dine in. Another reason is that it is nearly full. We guess those local diners should be the citizens of better income in Yangon, as we notice there are still quite a lot of people with shabby appearance in the street.
We order three dishes, fried rice vermicelli and beer. We are quite disappointed that no dish in the meal is outstanding, all are at most very average, mainly because the food materials are of no high quality. The chef may have no comparison with the food taste in other restaurants. But this is fully understood. It is anyway one of the meals in Yangon and hope the other meals would be better.
