'Toast w/ Tomato' has not been ordered and there is one piece only. It is still a mystery now. But we have not asked them for clarification. We only let it be.
'Pasta w/ Tomato Sauce' is a very delicious and pleasing dish. The pasta is al dente, it matches perfectly with tomato sauce. We do not think that there will be such good quality pasta in Inle Lake.
'Fried Rice w/ Vegetables' is comparatively not so outstanding as the pasta, but it is for sure not bad.
This is a vegetarian meal, we of course order 'Mixed Curry Veggies'. The taste is well balanced and the time of cooking is alright. Good.
It is too hot, we also order Beer Mandalay.
There is a strip of 'tax paid'. On the other hand, it is to ensure it is a NEW beer to us.
Water melon is bought in the market in the morning. It is about HK$5 for the whole piece.

Miss Nyaung Shwe Restaurant, a cute bamboo-fronted restaurant, is run by the aunt of the waiters. This should be part-time job for them. They are University students. It is quite strange that most students we meet in the journey are studying Geography. But later on, we understand this is a hit subject in Myanmar, this country needs a lot of such professionals to keep the historic valuables and relics.

We are in a hurry and must have lunch before to proceed. We select the restaurant next to our hotel (Bright Hotel). We order rice, noodle, vegetable and beer. Together with the water melon we bought yesterday in the market, it is a not a simple meal in lunchtime.
Though the chef is a young guy (a University student majoring in Geography), his cooking skill is very much better than we expect. It is in fact above average. Or, in other words, he should have talent in cooking. Noodle texture is al dente, fried rice is not oily and the taste is well-balanced. Besides, this should also be taught by his auntie. This is one of the best meals in Inle Lake.
