This is Green Curry Chicken. We can see tomato, eggplant and .... on the surface. Though is not too pleasing in outlook, it is anyway a delicious curry.
Fried Mixed Vegetables w/ Chicken
'Fried Rice in Thai Style' is served with a pan-fried egg on the top and some vegetables in the surrounding.
Fried Kale w/ Roasted Pork
It is served with glass of the same logo, implying that Ko's Kitchen is a restaurant not in the low class.
Though it is a relatively small restaurant, everything seems to be arranged and handled with care and style.
Ko's Kitchen should be one of the top restaurants in Mandalay. For Thai food, it is the top one. Remember, inside is like a normal restaurant, but in Mandalay, this interior decoration is already very splendid. But outside the restaurant, except the lighting of the signage, there is no or only limited street light. Oh!

Remarks:
1) In Mandalay, Ko’s Kitchen is highly recommended by the Lonely Planet. We find no reason not to have a visit.
2) We have visited four cities / spots in Myanmar (formerly called Burma and is the largest country by geographical area in Indochina), namely Yangon (the largest city in Myanmar),
Inle Lake (the second largest lake in Myanmar and is near a small town called Nyaung Shwe, which is a few kilometers north of Inle Lake), Mandalay (the second largest city in Myanmar) and Bagan (to witness 3,000 pagodas). Posting of my dining records will also be in such sequence.
With the recommendation by the Lonely Planet, we must assign a dinnertime to have a try. We have made no reservation. Luckily the restaurant is not full. In our observation, apart from tourists, diners should be those locals with higher income or of special class. The restaurant is designed to give a welcoming atmosphere with a little snazziness. All waiters can speak in fluent English. It is a very strong restaurant to earn money from foreigners and tourists.
The menu is a book with more than 200 items. We order totally four dishes and a bottle of beer. Though pricing in Ko’s Kitchen is significantly higher, on the other hand all dishes are nicely presented, very tasty and cooked from food materials of good quality. It is worthwhile to have a try in such a high class restaurant in Mandalay. Up till now, you should know I would recommend Ko’s Kitchen to all of you.
