Self-service Breakfast
This
is the my breakfast @Yen1, 900. It is already not a small portion to
me. This is the kind of Japanese breakfast I am eagerly looking for.
Cooked
salmon on rice and pouched egg. I particularly prefer to having cooked
fish and plain rice in the morning, if I am in Japan.
Cold
Udon and Miso Soup. The udon is al dente, this is not expected. I do
not want to have extra expectation on udon if I am not dining in Udon
Specialty Shop.
Steamed small dried fish (not satly), marinated mini octopus, marinated sea weeds, pan-fried egg.
Pudding (milk and green tea flavor)

Breakfast
selection is not so numerous as that in lunchtime and at night in
Tokyo. I would like to try an authentic Japanese breakfast in hotel,
Urara Ginza at the basement of Hotel Com's is selected. Hotel Com's is
not a very big hotel, so is Urara. At the basement, there are two
restaurants, in fact. One of which is Urara.
When
I look at the buffet tables, there are various kinds of foods, hot,
cold, soup, rice and a lot of others. This is the kind of Japanese
breakfast selection I am looking for. In my mind, I only think that I am
lucky to have found this hotel this morning. Food is not specially
tasteful, this implies they have not added too much message. The foods
give me a strong feeling of Japanese flavor. This is already sufficient.
I particularly like a Japanese breakfast with plain rice and cooked
fish, and also steamed Japanese items. In front of such authentic
Japanese selection, I have to eat more in order to fully satisfy my
desire.
