Tanpopo Omelette Rice (Shrimp) is not too alluring in outlook.
Rice in tomato sauce is enveloped by a sheet of soft egg. The egg is soft and tender, and has not yet been overcooked. A small shrimp can be seen at the lower side.
Rice is a little bit too wet, it would be much better if there is improvement in this area. Overall taste is nice and has not yet attained the very delicious level. Shrimp is of course chilled and artificially bouncy (I do not like such artificially bouncy texture). It is better to order Chicken Tanpopo or other items next time, if any.
Aomori Applie Juice, though it is cold, has a nice flavor of apple.
There is still no change in outlook and interior these years.

It is not easy to try delectable authentic Japanese omelette rice in Hong Kong . I therefore always think of the good taste of Tanpopo rice in Tokyo I tried before. A pity was that I had not taken any photos that time.
It is not easy to control not to take the subway to Taimeiken in Nihombashi. I of course order the omelette rice and apple juice. It takes about 10 minutes for the cooking. There is not much difference in the appearance. But the rice does not give me any surprising experience this time. Overall quality of the omelette has dropped, in the sense that rice is a bit wet and taste is not memorable. Such quality is still much better than those generally available in Hong Kong . Or, there should be some better omelette rice in Hong Kong in those hidden Japanese restaurants. If there is chance again, I should try other stuffs in the menu.
