Greenwich is the largest pizza and pasta chain in the Philippines. we are attracted by its refreshing outlook.
A table with good view on the second floor is allotted to us. This is a very busy street.
We seldom order soft drink. Hygiene is good.
'Pizza Greenwich Special' is topped with pepperoni, spiced ham, pineapple, onion and green bell pepper.
The pizza is not dry but quite juicy. It is served in hot, quite delicious and rich in cheese.
Meaty Spaghetti is average, the texture is not al dente enough in our sense. It is topped with grated cheese.
'Overstuffed Brazo De Mercedes' - chunky custard filling tucked between two layers of baked maringue. It is topped with caramel crunch. To us, it is an average piece of dessert.

Remarks:
1) Greenwich Pizza is the largest pizza and pasta chain in the Philippines.
2) Greenwich started its operation in Metro Manila in 1971. It is in fact owned by Jollibee Foods Corporation. From 1994 onwards, its number of shop and annual revenue increase greatly because of franchising.
We stroll around in Manila city, and select to dine in Greenwich because of its refreshing outlook. In our thinking, it should be an upscale fast food chain in the Philippines, we do not know anything about this chain beforehand.
We have to select the food, drink and pay at the cashier on the ground floor. Food and drink would be delivered to us on the second floor. As the name of Greenwich implies, we found no excuse not to order pizza and pasta. Besides, we also order soft drink and cake. It takes about 10 minutes before all stuffs are served to us.
We cannot say food taste and quality are very high. Maybe, what we have in the pizza chains in Hong Kong should be comparatively high; or we have been spoilt in Hong Kong (but I do not think so). Pasta is not al dente enough, its texture should be similar to that in fast food restaurant in Hong Kong . Anyway, its pizza and pasta should have quite high quality in the Philippines I guess.
