' Cheese Tomato Omelet ' is a tasty and healthy stuff.
We
do not expect Pizza is available in Batad. In rural area, it is better
to eat more vegetables, we therefore order this Vegetable Pizza. Frankly
speaking, it is very average only.
'
Pita Vegetables ' is in fact quite similar to Vegetable Pizza, except
that pita is different from the crust in pizza and no cheese is served
on the top.

INFORMATION, Batad is about 1, 500 metres above sea-level. The
temperature is always cool and comfortable.

At
night, we can hear the silence and sound of insects. We order something
different from what we order for the lunch. They are pizza, pita, and
Gin. Average spending is a bit higher. But to have wine in Batad should
be a different experience.
If
you have eaten the foods prepared by your Philippines maid, you should
know or guess the exact food taste should be. There is of course no
surprise for the pizza and omelette. What we enjoy is to have a dinner
in pleasurable environment and chat with one another, including the
Philippines guide. After the meal, we would treasure more the pizza
chain we have in Hong Kong – Pizza Hut, not to mention other Italian
pizza restaurants in Soho.
