It
is a restaurant inside Intramuros www.intramurosadministration.com (in
the heart of Manila, is a walled city in a city and a majestic reminder
of an era gone by), which is a famous spot for tourists in Manila.
Though its name is a restaurant, it is better to describe as café.
It
should be a ' cha chan teng, or local food shop ' like food shop, serving soft drinks,
water, snacks, cake, hot stuffs, rice, noodle and sandwich.
When
we pass by this café in the street, because of this retrospective
atmosphere, we decide to have a visit. We take photos, use the toilet
and look around. It should be a Filipino Cha Chaan Teng.
Only Coke and Plain Hot Tea Lipton are ordered. We are in fact not hungry and thirsty. It is just for fun.

our visit to Intramuros (it is in the heart of Manila and is a walled
city in a city and a majestic reminder of an era gone by), we find this
Knights Restaurant. It is an old style café or simply called Filipino
Cha Chaan Teng. It is old-fashioned in appearance and layout, we do want
to have experienced in Knights for a while. We are in fact not hungry,
we really want to spend about twenty minutes in a restaurant/café
belonging to the past.
