Pork is cooked with something like preserved black bean. It is a delicious dish. N message and meat tenderizer have been added.
Adobo is a typical Philippine dish, boiling chicken with vegetables together. It is anyway a tasty dish with soup.

Before
visiting Bangaan Village, we have to have our lunch first. We learn
that Bangaan Family Inn is a restaurant serving tasty food, this is
really not expected beforehand. In our impression and in our experience,
food taste in the Philippines in general and in rural area in
particular is not very delectable.
We
have not ordered too many dishes, we only order two dishes with rice,
beer and coffee. We are glad to have the luck to try delicious meal in
scenic spot. We deeply believe cooking delicious dishes is not a
coincidence, it should be a combination of talent and heart. Normally,
the food materials are pork, beef, fish and vegetables. But it is more
flavorful in Bangaan Family Inn. It deserves much appreciation and
recommendation to all my blogmates.
