We also buy two boxes of steamed rice w/ spareribs. It is at HK$22.0 each. Rice is steamed with perfection, it is definitely not too wet or dry.
No meat tenderizer has been added to spareribs. It comes with boiled vegetable. It is delicious as well. You are recommended to try its steamed stuff too. In 2014, there are still quality food products which are delicious and at very reasonable price. This is much appreciated.
