Tapas is freshly deep-fried. It should be eaten with the sauce which should be a mixture of tomato and onion and others.
The bread is covered completely by the white cloth, when it is served. It is very delicious.
Mussels in Spanish style is a high quality item. At dinnertime, such a dish is priced at HK$158. Please see the following photo.

Iberico Sparerib is tender, juicy, rich in nice pork flavor and very delectable. The size is a bit small, it is therefore a moreish item.
Iberico Roast Piglet has a very special and delightful flavor of pork. It is definitely a value for money item in lunch.
Chocolate Churros is simply a Spanish doughnut. It comes with chocolate sauce and ice-cream.
Pumpkin Cake is a bit average. It should have been idle for some time, it is at room temperature.

This is not the first time to lunch in Fandango. It seems that it is better this time than about three years before, in terms of food taste and overall. We are pleased to have ordered the signature item of Fandango, roast piglet. It is really very flavorful and delectable. Other items in the sets are of high quality too. We will try again in Fandango.
