In fact, pig stomach, pork and fish meat are wrapped inside a piece of vegetable, instead of beancurd sheet. It should be an old style dim sum.

Basically no oil can be found on the bottom, this means oil used is in controlled amount. Pork is fresh, it is bouncy in texture. We appreciate they use fresh pork in dim sum, this will be in higher cost.

Dim sums are usually served in this large metallic platter.
They are making shrimp dumpling.
The restaurant is not very large, it should be about three times the area in this photo.

We want to try again today,
though as usual, it is always crowded. But it is quite easy to find two empty
seats, after waiting for a couple of minutes. We do not want to eat too much,
it is just for a rest and drinking tea. Dim sums are freshly steamed as well. Normally
about ten dim sums will be served on a large platter irregularly. If you want
to try quality dim sums at very reasonable price, you may consider trying in
Sun Hing.
