Seabass main course
Without the bread, it is not possible to fill up the stomach. This means the fillet is a bit small, in my opinion.
Slow Cook Lamb has a nice special smell of lamb. The texture is tender.
Sirloin is quite big in size comparatively, since this set is a bit higher in price. Texture and beef flavour are both nice.
Salad with chicken meat
Salad with grape fruit
Both salads are not the same.
The best item in the menu is the bread, both are still hot. Together with the excellent butter, it is a very happy start of a meal. But we do not know what the butter brand is .
Mushroom Soup tastes good.
Dessert is a la carte.
After a while, the restaurant is full and a bit noisy.

Remarks: booking is
suggested.
It is full in lunchtime. Therefore
booking is a must. All sets are listed on the paper. We order three different
sets, mainly because our favourites are different.
It takes time for the food to
be prepared. Basically all tables are waiting for their food. It is therefore
suggested to arrive as early as possible. All main courses are nicely
displayed. It must enhance the appetize very much. But they are not all cooked
to perfection and then the taste is not excellent. In Sheung Wan, we expect
higher price means higher quality and better taste. There is still one step to
arrive at that point. Anyway, it is a quality restaurant run by the locals.
