Signature Xiao Long Bao is definitely stunning in presentation.
I am so sorry that the taste is so so only, in my opinion. I still prefer the original one.
Stir-fried Dried Tofu in Spicy Sauce is a bit salty.
Dan Dan Noodle is quite delicious. It is in fact not spicy enough and there is not much noodle inside the bowl.

Paradise Dynasty promotes the
restaurant in Hong Kong, with the main character of its 8 unique flavours xiao
long baos. There is no booking for two persons at lunchtime, resulting that a
lot of diners are waiting for their friend or relative alone.
It is an expert in marketing
activities, particularly in product and place. It occupies the whole floor of
Lee Theatre. There is a large long water pond in the middle of the restaurant.
There is sufficient space among tables. Servers are polite and professional.
The 8 unique flavours xiao long baos should be the signature item. I notice a
table of two has ordered two sets, this means one set is for each diner.
I am so sorry that we have not
been impressed by its products. They are either not special or too salty. Dish
portion is reasonable. Just to try the 8 flavours xiao long baos once is
enough.
