Crab meat is very palatable and refreshing. To steam crab in this way
can compensate the fact that crab meat is not firm enough. There is no
need to steam with a large amount of plum sauce. Or, it will be a bit
salty.
Fried Baby Squid w/ Chinese Chives (韭黃鮮魷)
Bean sprout is served on the bottom. Baby squid is young enough. Fantastic.
Steamed Fan Scallops w/ Garlic Paste & Bean Vermicelli (粉絲蒸扇貝)
Oceanic flavour of fan scallops can be highlighted to the fullest extent.

It is also a casual meal today. We have ordered several dishes,
including crab, shrimp and squid. This is the first time for us to try crab
with plum sauce. It is very refreshing and it is a good attempt. Other dishes
are also at high standard.
