The boss is chopping geese continuously. He should chop more than two hundred pieces per day.

We order Vermicelli in Soup w/ Roast Goose. Totally there are eight pieces of chopped goose. The portion should not be small. Vermicelli is not too tender and it is alright.

Steamed Grass Carp is very generous in portion, the fish is large in size. This is only a small portion of the whole fish.

It is steamed with preserved vegetable. I am so sorry that the fish is fresh but has been oversteamed, resulting that the meat is not tender enough. But for some other patrons, they may not notice.

We suddenly would like to eat roast goose and think of Tin Hung in Yuen Long. We arrive at a bit earlier than dinnertime, there are not too many patrons. But about twenty minutes later, the whole restaurant is full and some patrons are waiting outside.

One item of roast goose must be ordered. Besides, we order a steamed river fish with rice. It is not bad. But next time, we must and it is suggested to order all roast goose items, for the sake of maximizing the total return. This does not mean that other items are not good at all.
