Deep-fried Bombay Duck (椒鹽九肚魚)
Bombay Duck basically has no special taste of its own. It is normally cooked in the method. Of course, you may steam or make soup, but this deep-fried should be the best method of savoring Bombay Duck. It is a zesty fish.

Steamed Yellow Croackers with Preserved Bean Paste (蒸黃花魚)
Fish meat is tender. With the preserved bean paste, the sweet taste of fish meat is highlighted.

We try here again tonight. We order seafood mainly, they include shrimp, fish, clam and crab. Someone has not tried seafood in Hong Kong for a period, we specially arrange this seafood meal. This is only a normal seafood meal, without expensive food materials. Imho, expensive food materials may not have direct relation with overall dish quality. We are glad to have such a chance to dine together.
