Grilled Spareribs (燒排骨)
The meat is fresh, evidencing by its bouncy and juicy meat.
It is prepared and grilled like Cha Siu (BBQ Pork), so is the taste.
It is already very delectable, though it has not yet attained an
impeccable level.
Cha Siu Ricesheet Roll (叉燒腸粉)
Fish Meat Congee (魚肉粥)
Congee
is always one of the best items in yum cha period. Msg has not been
added to congee, and of course other dim sums. The chef should be
accredited for the sophisticated skill in preparation and cooking. From
this congee, you are able to savor what freshness is and how much msg has been added in foods / dim sum / congee in other eateries.
Fried Beadcurd Sheet Roll (素鵝) is stuffed with vegetarian food materials only.
Pork Dumping in Peking Style (北京肉餃)
The sauce is not spicy, it is another option for patrons who do not like spice.
Steamed Shrimp Dumpling (蝦餃) is served in unexpectedly high standard.
Please note that the stuffed shrimp is definitely fresh, because of
its naturally bouncy texture. Taste is good of course. This steamed
shrimp dumpling is much better than those eateries claiming to be
so-called steamed shrimp dumpling kings or queens in Hong Kong.
Date & Coconut Steamed Cake (紅棗糕) is one of the signature desserts in Lei Garden.
