A meal set with bread, fried egg, ham, macaroni w/ cha siu and drink.
Fried egg is definitely the signature item in Australia Dairy Company.
It is said that egg juice is mixed with milk, resulting that the egg is creamy, juicy and very memorable. The cooking skill is of course very important. If not, a sausage will be browned in the pan.

You may request either toast or simply bread.
There are several meal sets, which are mostly ordered by fans. You may also order a la carte from the menu.

Macaroni with cha siu (bbq pork) in soup.
Frankly speaking, macaroni in soup is very average. But the macaroni is not too soft. Even though a set is priced at about thirty dollars, it is still very value for money. Some people said their service is not good. For such average spending , what do you expect from them? Is it a bit demanding? We are lucky that we have never been ill-treated.

Tea with Milk, and Ovaltine

These are the menus on the wall.

A day off on Thursdays.

A long queue on the pavement. But in about twenty minutes, our seats are allotted.

Remarks: to queue up is needed.

Australia Dairy Company should be very famous in Hong Kong, in terms of its fried egg, long queue and poor service (but I do not think so). Today, we pass-by Jordan area and therefore would like to have a try again. We really do not know how long we should queue up. Luckily it takes about twenty minutes only.

The signature item in Australia Dairy Company must be its fried egg, this is also the reason for us to queue up. For other food items, frankly speaking, they are definitely not bad. In addition, the hygiene factor is quite good. These all should be the reasons why it is always crowded for the whole day. If you want to experience a local meal welcome by the people in Hong Kong, please be prepared to queue up.
