Seafood Linguine is cooked from fresh seafood and linguine only. Tomato sauce is fresh too.
Seafood pieces have been fried for a short time, highlighting the seafood freshness. This is much appreciated.
Both portions are to small.
Lemon tea is good for cleaning the intestine.
Vegetable soup is very tasty and should be rated with credit. But it is not the best in my memory.

Café Landmark is well-known in Hong Kong. It is in the atrium of Landmark, Central. Today we would like to have a try in this restaurant. Everybody has to queue up. We are lucky we have queued up for about ten minutes.
At late lunchtime, there are still quite a lot of diners in the café. We order lobster pasta with soup. It takes quite a long time before the dishes are served. We are impressed by the chef’s cooking skill. Seafood is definitely fresh. If not, it is not possible to prepare pasta with such oceanic freshness. We would like to try here again for afternoon tea.
