This chicken looks good but in fact it is very average. It is not the taste we have in mind. It should have been marinated to make Baked Chicken in Salt. Meat texture is definitely not bouncy.

Kam Shing was originally a congee specialist in the same street. After the relocation, it becomes a food supermarket, this means you can order all kinds of Chinese food. In our observation, most customers do not order its congee. Maybe, most customers do not know or have forgotten it was a congee specialist.
We order congee, chicken and fried ricesheet roll. The congee can still be kept at 70% standard of its former shop. But other items are very average. This should be the result of a chef who is requested to cook different and many items for the restaurant. Even so, maybe because it is located in Jordan, the restaurant is still full at night. This is omnipotent power of location, location and location.
