Ming’s Kitchen is a small eatery in Apleichau, accommodating about twenty persons at the same time. It serves rice and snacks. It is like a family business. Normally each diner would order a meal set, i.e. main item with drink.
The boss should be a Hokkien, because some items are of Fujian origin. Its food is not like those chained restaurant, it is also not like fast food restaurant. I guess it is targeting the right niche. Food is quite good in taste, different from those in the general market. It is also not commonly found in the market. If you have time to travel to Apleichau, you may have a try in Ming’s Kitchen.
