We would like to celebrate New Year of 2014 and arrange a seafood meal today. Of course, this is only an excuse. We order seven dishes, namely three dishes of fish, one crab, one shrimp, vegetable and glutinous rice. All are cooked in simple ways, i.e. pan-fried and steamed, there is no need to add a lot of seasonings or other food materials in order to get a long name. This is useless, what we want to savour is the original nice flavor of the food materials.

 

We enjoy a meal with local seafood, wine, beer and chat. We are satisfied with what we have eaten. It is a delicious and wonderful night.
