We are attracted to try in this Chiu Chow restaurant. We are in fact sitting alfresco in Fanling, there are about twenty other tables.
Bean Sprout
Tofu w/ Peanuts
Ribbonfish (牙帶魚) is pan-fried in Chiu Chow style. But this ribbonfish is cold.
Chicken is quite generous in portion. The chef should have tried the best to enhance the taste and quality, but they should fail.
Assorted Vegetables
Pricing is not high, the whole restaurant is full. This is why we are trapped.

We are attracted by an array of tables outside the restaurant and under the footbridge. The Chiu Chow restaurant is a small one, only six medium-sized tables are available. It is nearly full at the time of our visit. We are pleased to occupy the last table. We order mainly vegetarian dishes in order that a vegetarian friend can eat most dishes. Chicken and fish are ordered as well.
I am so sorry we should be trapped. Though there are many diners at night, the dishes are not delicious at all. Maybe, the chefs have to cook too many items in a short time. We are not lucky tonight.
