Pig Knuckle Noodle (豬手麵) and Spicy Meat Sauce Noodle (炸醬麵)
This noodle is spicy enough, this is the prerequisite. It can be eaten with or without soup.
This is wonton only, there are eight pieces. Pork and shrimp can be found in each wonton, which is not large is size. This should be the authentic wonton, in my experience. The soup is boiled from chicken, ham and pig bone. I normally would finish the soup too.

We have tried the noodle in Wing Wah many times. After the renovation of the signage in April 2014, the shop remains unchanged inside. In fact, there is no renovation inside the shop.
We order two bowls of noodle, one bowl of wonton and a plate of vegetable. We have to mention again that food quality can still be maintained at high level for so many years. This is the only reason for our repeated patronage. The wonton noodle was priced at below twenty, now it is thirty eight. It is of course different from those at ten dollars. After drinking the soup, you will not be thirsty. That is all. If you cannot distinguish or do not know whether msg is added, you are better to try those $10 wonton noodle.
