Layout and decoration in Chung’s Cuisine are special and good. Distance between tables is longer than expectation.
Carbonados and Char Siu (BBQ Pork) is in small portion. Carbonados are in high quality with crispy skin.
The soup ingredients include chicken feet, chicken, pork and Chinese Yam.
Chinese Soup has a strong flavour of chicken and is delicious. The waitress said it has been boiled for 4 hours.
We all appreciate the soup very much.
Fried Fresh Scallop with Cucumber and Mushroom
Steamed Grouper is surely fresh and caught from the sea, in terms of its meat texture and taste.
Fried Baby Cabbage with Dry Scallop in soup has no unnecessary oil.
Chicken in Soya Sauce (Half) $120 is quite large in portion and is cooked with garlic, ginger and spring onion.

Remarks:
1) Chung's Cuisine claims to have added no MSG and artificial coloring to all its foods.
2)
Tea charge, seasoning charge and service charge are all waived. (But
the food price seems to be a bit more expensive than it should be and it
deserves.)
Basically, we are more confident in Tao Heung Group.
In Causeway Bay, we have not tried Chung’s Cuisine for a period. It
should be time to try again. Booking in advance is highly suggested. But
you have to take the table within 5 minutes of the appointed time;
otherwise, it would be allotted to other diners.
Layout and
decoration in Chung’s Cuisine are quite different from those of other
Chinese restaurants and members in Tao Heung Group. Distance between
tables is longer than expectation. Waitresses and waiters are all very
polite and patient. This is highly appreciated.
We order a
“Dinner Set for 4 Persons $880” and “Chicken in Soya Sauce in Clay Pot
(Half) $120”. The bill is $1,020 (average per head $204). A pity is that
we forget to ask for the dessert, which is included in the set. This is
too ridiculous. Anyway, in view of the food materials and quality,
service and environment, such price is deserved. It should have added no
MSG to all the foods. It is suggested to try in Chung’s Cuisine and
other restaurants in Tao Heung Group.
