chicken meat are served with rice and naan. Naan is particularly
delicious if it is eaten with the curry. We have no complain on the
taste of curry, which is creamy and concentrated, but not too spicy. We
prefer spicier.
Fried Rice with Salted Fish & Shredded
Chicken $34 is cooked in Thai style. It is not too salty, not oily, but
tasty. We should also give applause to this item.

Chillie
Sark is one of the restaurants in Heng Fa Paradise Mall. Since there
are a lot of choices in the same mall, Chillie Sark is only nearly full
in lunchtime. We have made no booking.
We order 2 lunch sets
(today soup and set drink are included), “Chicken Makhani (Rice + Naan)
42” and “Fried Rice with Salted Fish & Shredded Chicken $34”. The
bill is $84 (average per head $41). We appreciate the food quality and
display in Chillie Sark. A lunch set of less than $50 is in such high
quality, it is not in our expectation. In view of the reasonable price,
it is really a temptation to try again one night.
