Pollo ad Astra $105 comes with chicken breast, red onions, sweet red
pepper, mozzarella, garlic oil and tomato. The topping is still juicy.
Fungotto (Baked Mushroom) $58. The mushroom is of diameter 4 inches,
which is placed on top of garlic bread. Sorry, nearly forget to take
photo.
Cheesecake $45. It would be a very poor restaurant if its cakes are
not delicious, in my mind. Normally, for restaurant of such price level,
we are quite confident in its cakes.
Chocolate Fudge Cake $42 has hot chocolate syrup on the chocolate cake. You would have cold and hot feeling in your month.

After
the dinner in Al Dente, we are interested in trying more pizza and
spaghetti. We select Pizza Express in Taikoo Shing. It is not a very big
Pizza shop and can serve about 25 diners at the same time. Decoration
is not splendid and it does not give us a feeling of expensive foods restaurant. But it is
surely a more comfortable restaurant than Al Dente / Central.
We
order Mixed Leaf Salad $48, Fungotto (Baked Mushroom) $58, and Pollo ad
Astra $105. The desserts are Cheesecake $45 and Chocolate Fudge Cake
$42. The bill is $328 (average per head $164). Comparatively, it should
be an expensive dinner , in view of food materials and location. However, in terms of food quality, it is still value for money.
Waiters
and waitresses are nice, have good knowledge of all foods and can
introduce the right items to us. Pizza is delicious and still has juicy
topping, and cakes are of very high quality. It has several outlets in
Hong Kong, it is quite easy to try whether its spaghetti is also tasty or not in other branches.
