Rice
with Eel and Sparerib in Clay Pot $38. Every piece of rice is in good
condition and offers the best chewy experience. Eel and sparerib are
fresh and not frozen ones. Bear in mind to finish crispy rice (Warbar),
the story becomes one with good ending.
Rice with Chicken in Clay Pot $38. Size is not big. This gives us an excuse to order totally 2 pots.
Vegetable in Soup
Stirred Fried Pork with Black Fungus & Angled Luffa $32 is a dish of good quality. Not too salty and oily.
Oyster
in Salt & Pepper $55 is not an item ordered by us. In the midst of
our dinner, we do not know who starts the chat first, we chat with the
couple (frequent diners in KK) in the same round table with us, and it is theirs. According to their speed to finish the whole dish, it should be a dish in our re-try.

Kwan
Kee (KK) is famous for its “rice in clay pot”. We specially visit KK
tonight. KK is another restaurant of tables and diners packed together
in Hong Kong. If you look for a restaurant for chatting and with
comfortable seating, KK is not your cup of tea.
We
of course order 2 clay pots of rice and 2 dishes. The bill is $142.
Though KK is a small restaurant, service is not bad. It is a gift to the
residents in West Point. Surely, it is a restaurant for re- try.

P.S.
Some people said Kwan Kee’s rice in clay pot is even better than that
in New Chui Wah Restaurant 新翠華茶餐廳 in CWB. Frankly, the quality in Kwan
Kee is comparable to that in New Chui Wah, or a bit better.
