is the cheapest the bird's nest soup at $38 in Nam Sing. Taste and
content (with high concentration of bird's nest) are very good. Bird's
nest soup can be served with either one of the following (Longan, Red
Date, Coconut Juice, North American Ginseng, Gingko, Lotus Seed and egg). There are bird's nest soups at $68, $98 and $200.
Tea is nicely served in a cup with plate. It is not Chinese tea but in
fact North American Ginseng. The overall image has immediately
upgraded.

Sheung Wan Shop serves bird's nest soup only, and with no shark fin
soup. It is different from the one in Mongkok, which serves both shark
fin and bird's nest soups. Tables and chairs in Sheung Wan are
old-fashioned Chinese-style, and it is like a teahouse.
