Roasted
Duck (Whole Leg) with Rice Noodle $30. The roasted duck leg is too
attractive, it greatly enhances our appetite. When it is served to us,
there is a mouthwatering smell of roasted duck. The soup is tasty as
well. We do not feel thirsty thereafter, this may imply there is only small amount of MSG has been added, if any.
There
are 5 small wontons in Wonton Noodle $15. The shrimp is fresh and
naturally bouncy, and surely not frozen or chilled one. Noodle texture
is good, but not al dente enough. There is still room for improvement.
In view of its price, wonton noodle is already at a very high standard. When compared with
that in Wing Wah in Wanchai, the wonton noodle of Wing Wah still ranks
first. But bear in mind, wonton noodle in Wing Wah is priced at $25.

want to try a true local style Chinese noodle, Ball Kee in Shek Tong
Tsui should be your choice.
Apart
from Yuen Kee Dessert at Centre Street , it is not easy to find food
stalls or restaurants serving tasty foods in West Point . Ball Kee (BK)
should be an exception. BK is not a provider of dessert, but Hong Kong
style “roasted duck with rice noodle”.
BK
is a typical food stall of local decoration. Strictly speaking, you may
say there is no decoration. It is in fact like a Dai Pai Dong. Totally
it can serve 20 diners at the same time. The most famous item must be
“roasted duck with rice noodle”. Nearly 50% diners would order this item.
Food
quality is really high in BK, it is not expected to find “roasted duck
with rice noodle” in such high quality, especially in a remote area
where MTR is not accessible at the moment. If you have chance to visit
Shek Tong Tsui at night, you are advised to have a try.
