Sky
Garden has been in operation for less than 2 months in January 2008. It
is on the roof of the building. Environmental concept has been used in
the design of Sky Garden . Decoration gives us a leisure and comfortable
feeling. It is surely a pleasurable BBQ lunch in a winter sunny day. If you have friends working in HSBC, Sky Garden is a decent place for your private function.
It
is hotel-style buffet. The only difference is that it is in a private
space with lesser options of food and drink; only our friends and
relatives are entertained in these 3 hours. There is no need to roast
the foods by ourselves; a cook would do this for us. A waiter would serve us for the whole period.
Foods are not of top quality, but are prepared with heart and are quite tasty, as follows.
i) BBQ items – chicken wing, Thai roasted crispy pork, Sirolin steak,
short rib of beef, chicken meat stick, black pepper pork sausage,
vegetable skewer
ii) Fruits & desserts – banana cake, assorted fruits jelly, fresh fruits salad, garden salad, salad Nicoise
iii) Cold stuffs – cold cut sausage
iv) Hot stuffs – braised E-fu noodle with mushroom, butter sweetcorn, fried mixed vegetables, baked potato
v) Drinks – hot tea, cold water, Chrysanthemum tea, pear tea
