Crystal Herbal Jelly (@$10 if ordered individually) comes with
evaporated milk. Herbal jelly is semi-transparent and chewy. It is quite
bouncy and a bit harder than that of black herbal jelly.
Rice
with Pork in Two Styles. Pork in 2 cooking styles (namely roasted pork
and pig neck meat) is served with spicy minced pork sauce. Surface
(skin) of roasted pork is very crispy and gets full mark. Just for
this roasted pork, it is already value for money and deserves to be one of the signature
dishes. This bowl of rice is smaller than normal in portion, specially
requested by me.

Today I need to visit Yuen Long in the afternoon; I have already
planned to eat less in lunchtime and would like to have an afternoon tea
in Yuen Long.
I
in fact tried the crystal herbal jelly in Luk Kee last year. Since the
crystal herbal jelly is priced at $10, I therefore order the meal set at
$32 (including the jelly, rice with pork in two styles, and set drink).
Of course,
I cannot and would not finish the whole set meal as an afternoon tea. I
am contented to try these special dishes in Yuen Long, which are not
available in the downtown so far, as far as I know. Though the food
materials are not high-priced, with their heart and special cooking method, tasty foods at reasonable price are served to diners.
