Roasted Chicken (half bird) is of high quality, in terms of its fresh
and bouncy meat (not chilled or frozen), crispy skin, and good taste. It
disappears before long.
Spicy Crab ($228) is not very big in size and the crab is fresh. It is
of course very spicy. If you cannot eat very spicy flavor, you should
inform the chef in advance. It is a bit pricey.
Green Cucumber w/ Garlic Paste is refreshing and is a healthy dish. Bear in mind, the garlic has not yet been cooked.
'Stir-fried Mushroom, Lily and Black Fungus' is a very healthy dish. Such dish is a must in every meal.
Spicy Fish ($128) is similar to Spicy Crab, in terms of its spicy flavor. The fish is fresh as well.
Fried
Rice is also in high quality. Each piece of rice is in good
condition. It is not fried with a lot of oil. A fresh shrimp (instead of
very small ones) of medium size is chopped into several small pieces,
this greatly gives a good impression on us and enhances the overall rating.

Remarks:
You have to wait for at least 20 or 30 minutes before the first dish is
served. Though the restaurant serves several tables only in the dining
area, the restaurant is quite noisy when it is full. This factor has to
be taken into consideration in your selection of restaurant.
Kowloon
City is a district not convenient to those Hong Kong Island dwellers.
But sometimes we need to visit Kowloon City for the sake of trying in
those unique restaurants. Tonight we specially arrange a dinner in
Kowloon City , our target is 'Delicious Kitchen' ( DK).
DK is a typical local restaurant serving Chinese foods, it has no
special interior decoration. DK in fact occupies two numbers in the same
street, but they are very close to each other. Waitresses are not those
of young age, but they are quite courteous to each diner, no matter whether they are really polite intrinsically.
We
ordered six items, the bill is $655 (average per head $164). All food
portions should not be categorized as big. We have to praise that food
taste is good, to an extent that the best available taste and food
quality can be fostered .
If you love spicy food, it is a must for you to visit DK. Spicy food
should be the signature dishes. Strictly speaking, all dishes are of
high quality, irrespective of being a small Chinese restaurant. This may
be the reason why diners would wait patiently before the dishes are served.
