This Chinese BBQ is too famous in Chai Wan. Its bbq stuffs are of high quality, the level should be higher than 90 percent of similar eateries in Hong Kong, to be prudent. Apart from the professional skill and talent, the food materials are fresh, and definitely not those frozen items. The result is that roast pork is juicy, tender, and sweet, we can try what is natural good quality roast pork. Of course, pricing is also relatively high, but it is for sure very reasonable if you compare what you eat to the stuffs of other eateries. We do not have any complain, but lasting aftertaste only.
