'Braised Bitter Gourd w/ Duck Feet & Wings in Preserved Blackbean Sauce'

'Braised
Pork w/ Preserved Vegetable' is very palatable. The preserved vegetable
is very good in taste, it may be the one from Shek O. In comparison,
the best in my experience should be the one from Chui King Lau
Restaurant at Hennessy Road , Wanchai.

'Stir-fried Kale w/ Ginger Sauce' has attained the best available
quality, since kale and ginger sauce are prefect match. Of course, this
have to combined with sophisticated cooking skill.

In Sham Shui Po, it is sometimes a headache to dine, apart from Yunnan
rice noodle. Because of the good experience in last visit, we try again
in Man Fat (which occupies several street numbers in the same
street).
We
know food portion is not small and only order 3 dishes. Within our
expectation, food quality is still high. All dishes are nearly cooked to
perfection, though they may be presented in the best way. All dishes
are hot enough, there is also a well-balance of taste. We really cannot find any complaint on these 3
dishes. Of course, we must order more if we have more persons next
time.
Man Fat is for sure not a well decorated Chinese restaurant, service
has not been sacrificed anyhow. We appreciate their attitude of running
this eatery. This is why we would recommend Man Fat to all blogmates,
including you.
