In
Prince Edward, it is not easy to find restaurants of reasonable quality
in my experience. It is therefore to dine again in Ning Fat, but this
does not mean that Ning Fat is a restaurant of average quality only. It
is in fact a local restaurant serving Chiu Chow cuisine at high quality but at very reasonable price.
As
commented in former record, Ning Fat (NF) is a local restaurant without
any interior decoration. It is anyway a restaurant with neat and tidy
environment. What we should concentrate is the food taste and variety.
In addition, very good service manner should also not be expected (as the price has not included such item).
We
only order very normal (4) dishes this time, as we do not have much
time to enjoy the foods tonight. One merit to dine in LF is that all
dishes are cooked in the right track and they would not be too salty or
too light, no matter whether the dish is expensive or not (comparatively).
What we conclude is they cook Chiu Chow foods with heart and they know
what authentic Chiu Chow foods should be.
If you do not mind dining in a local restaurant without any interior
decoration and in Reclamation Street in Prince Edward, you should have a
try in Ning Fat.
