'Stir-fried
Chicken Spaghetti in Spicy Thai Sauce' should be the only spicy
spaghetti in the menu. There are several pieces of chicken slice only.
The sauce is spicy enough and well-balanced, we like the taste very
much. Spaghetti texture is al
dente, but not to the extent I expect. To be bistro with concentration
in coffee, sandwich and spaghetti, the spaghetti texture should be more
alluring. The spaghetti should have been overcooked a little bit (only a
little bit). Apart from this flaw, overall quality is in the good category.

'Tuna
Capellini w/ Mushroom Sauce' is even in higher quality than the
spaghetti in the above, the portion is not enough for a macho guy.
Capellini is for sure good in quality, ad dente in nature and has not
stuck together (into a mess). The cream sauce is tasty and not too strong, it is a perfect match with tuna.

Regular
coffee ($15) and Cappuccino ($25) are the must-try items, no matter
whether you intend to order other food stuffs. Coffee is not my
favourite drink. Maybe, because of several large coffee bags on the
floor, it gives me an impression that the coffee is nice in flavor and with character,
and must not be those from bottled powder. To be a coffee-lover, you
must have a try here.

Originally,
we have not prepared to order this cheesecake. There is only one reason
for us to order - we cannot control ourselves because of its temptation
in the cake fridge. It must be in the above average quality, creamy and
not too soft in texture . There is still room of improvement. To compare with the quality in
hotel restaurant, there is still a distant and it is a bit not fair. It
is anyway a cheesecake at price of $25 only.

Bistro
is always my favorite. In other words, I do not like chained food
stores very much. Wherever I come across bistro, I normally would stop
for a while and have a look. I remember this coffee shop has been
introduced by Samson before and I do not have the chance to have a try so far.
Crema
Coffee is surely a small bistro (not just a bistro). Too comfortable
ambiance should not be expected. But in the bistro, its decoration and
layout foster the feel of a coffee shop, in addition to the coffee bean
baking machine and coffee posters . Diners are interested in spaghetti, sandwiches, or cheesecake, but
they must order coffee. Most diners visit Crema Coffee for its coffee
mainly.
We
order two cups of coffee, spaghetti, capellini and cheesecake, the bill
amounts to $150. Frankly speaking, food and beverage quality is not
very very outstanding and must have attained the level of above average.
There is room of improvement. But for a meal in Tsim Sha Tsui, average spending of $75 is very reasonable. It is surely a good option in TST East.
