"Steamed 'Salted' Sea Fish" is nicely displayed on the plate. No soya sauce is added, as there is no such need.
Harbour Seafood Restaurant is an eatery of local decoration. Please do
not have much expectation on decoration and seating. What we look for
is delicacy only.
Stir-fried Vegetable w/ Garlic Paste
'Braised Garoupa w/ Plain Rice' is in quite a large portion. It must be shared.
Garoupa pieces are cooked with shredded pork and mushroom. There is no
trace of fishiness. It is a recommended item for one person dining.
We
can sense the freshest taste, it is anyway a sea fish. Meat is bouncy
and tender. Since small amount of salt has been added to the fish
before, fish taste is further enhanced. All scales have been removed,
this is much appreciated. This dish is not a must to be served, it all depends on availability. It is a dish of home-made feel.

We
would like to try tasty fresh fish again, we think of Aberdeen . We
select Harbour Seafood this time and we have tried here before. We only
order three items, namely steamed fish, vegetable and rice. Spending is
very reasonable. It would be double if we dine in Causeway Bay . Anyway, food taste and quality are the pre-requisites.
Particularly
for the steamed 'salted' fish, it is fresh and tasty. Because of adding
very small amount of salt before, fish freshness has been enhanced.
Apart from the fish, salt (added before), oil and sliced green onion,
basically no other
seasonings have been added. This is only the result of, once again,
freshness. Sometimes, it is not needed to order garoupa every time. You
are recommended to try the same, but the steamed fish should not be
easily available in other Chinese restaurants elsewhere.
