This is simple dish. Corns are slightly heated, and mixed with cashew. Cashew is freshly deep-fried, crispy and of good quality.
Delipedia: Corn is rich in protein, Vitamin A, B and E, and other
minerals like Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc and others. It can reduce
cholesterol content and has anti-aging function.
'Pork in Sweet & Sour Sauce' should be one of the signature
dishes. But to me, there are quite a lot of signature dishes in Kan Kee.
The pork is in fact beancurd cube but with a comparatively tough
texture.
This fried rice is surely not oily.

Whenever we do not want to eat a lot, we would like to try in Kan Kee.
The other main reason is that healthy dishes are served. Daily soup is a
must to order and different soup would be served everyday.
We
order three dishes only. Needless to say, all dishes are of above
average quality and good taste. We particularly have preference to Kan
Kee, mainly because it cooks dish with heart and no extra oil would be
used in cooking. We are awaiting the next trial.
