Ming Court is said to be the best Chinese restaurant in Mongkok.
Shrimp
Dumpling. Minced pork underneath the shrimp should be chopped by hand
and the texture is chewy. Taste is well-balanced and natural. NB: Shrimp
is chilled, from its colour and texture.
'Pan-fried Minced Fish
& Turnip Cake' becomes more tasty if it is eaten with the homemade
chili sauce (not included in the photo).
BBQ Pork Rice Sheet Roll
'Assorted
Vegetable in Clay Pot' is cooked with red pickled tofu (nam yu sauce).
It is a palatable dish, food materials are fresh and of good quality.
You should also order in your next upcoming visit.

Remarks:
1) booking is a must.
2) Congratulations to Ming Court to be Michelin restaurant.
There
is no need to further introduce this Michelin one-starred Chinese
restaurant in Mongkok. We visit at lunchtime today. It gives me a higher
rating in the environment in lunchtime. Maybe, it is not full today
afternoon and … . Servers are nice and attentive alike. This factor
(service) can always be maintained at high level every time we visit.
We
order dim sum, dish and fruit platter, average spending is $170. It is
claimed to have added no msg to all foods, we do believe. All food
tastes are natural but are still savory. Of course, spending should be a
bit higher comparatively. But if we can enjoy dim sum at such high
level and good taste, it is still value for money. I have no hesitation
to recommend Ming Court .
