Sea-brass coated with bean paste is on top of potato mash. Fish is average and not particularly tasty.

Cozy environment with neat and tidy table alignment.

Home-made bread is warm and delicious. There is also a smell of wheat.

Cream Bean Soup is nicely served and quite refreshing.

Salad is served with smoked salmon, and nicely presented.

Ravioli is shrimp-stuffed. The green bean sauce is particularly tasty and can enhance the taste of ravioli.

On the other hand, assorted vegetable cubes and potato mash at the bottom are very good in quality.

Hot coffee

Remarks: -
Carpaccio should be the first Italian restaurant in business in
iSQUARE. We are attracted by its cozy interior decoration and hospitable
servers. We learn that there are Italian chefs in the restaurant, and
some servers are English-speaking.
We
order two meal sets, including salad or soup, main course, tea or
coffee. Freshly baked bread is served as well. We deeply believe the
foods are cooked and prepared by Italian chef, as we do not find any
trace of taste localization. Overall rating is above average, but we do not have any feeling of
outstanding food quality. We would try again in Carpaccio later, when
they have synergistic effect in the restaurant operation.
