Baked Oyster w/ Port. Totally there are 6 pieces, one piece has been
eaten before this photo is taken. The surface is a bit crisp. There is a
well-balance of taste.
'Fried Tufu w/ Roasted Pork' is a local but tasty dish.
'Steamed Garoupa' is at $96 only. We cannot expect more, we are already gifted to have such a live fish.

We
have visited Kam Shan several times, but it is the first time to visit
Chuang's London Plaza. Tonight the restaurant is full, it is packed as
expected. Even so, service is still good, in view of Chinese restaurants
generally. We are lucky to be allotted to a table with a view of Nathan Road . It is a bit isolated and not surrounded by the crowd.
We
order three dishes, the portion should be sufficient to us. It is a bit
not in our anticipation that all dishes are cooked in high quality, in
terms of food material freshness, food taste and portion. Just from the
food point of view, it
is at the same level or even at higher level than quite a lot of hotel
Chinese restaurants. This should be the main reason why Kam Shan is very
crowded at night. We hope it can keep its food quality in our next
visit. But for the packed dining environment, it should not be able to change. Forget it.
