Tao is always informed to be a Chinese restaurant with quality in TST
East. But we do not know which restaurant group it belongs to. Though it
occupies the whole floor in Inter-Continental Plaza, it is not really a
too big restaurant. Dining experience is above average and servers are attentive enough.
We
order six dishes and dessert is free. All dishes are of above average
quality standard, except the 'baked oyster with honey' which is too
sweet and oyster is a bit tough. There are two choices for free dessert
(Chinese sweet soup), they are tasty and not too sweet. It is for sure a good place for casual meal of Guangdong cuisine.
