Extra ten dollars have to be paid for these two pieces of herbs bun.
They are very hot and have a very nice flavour of herbs and cheese. It
is worthwhile to pay a bit more.
'Seafood
Spaghetti'. Spaghetti texture is al dente, the bivalves are fresh and
bouncy (this is not expected, we expect they would use frozen bivalves).
But the sauce is not enough. If not, it would be a very high quality
seafood spaghetti. Portion is not generous.
Roasted Piglet. We have to wait for about twenty minutes, it is worthwhile to wait.
The skin is thin and crispy. There is a layer of molten fat in between
the skin and meat. Mustard is served as well. It is tasty but we cannot
give a rating of 4/5.
Tea or coffee
Caramel Custard is served in cold. It is average to me only.

It
is not in my experience that there is tai pai dong serving quality
western food in Sheung Wan. I am not talking about pseudo western food,
but it is the food quality that can be served in a restaurant. It is
quite easy to locate ABC Kitchen in the cooked food market, as it is different and outstanding in appearance.
Nice
dining experience should not be expected in tai pai dong, there is no
exception in ABC Kitchen. We order roasted piglet, seafood spaghetti,
herbs bread and egg custard. Average spending is only eighty dollars.
But if they are ordered in restaurant (not in
this tai pai dong), it should be about one hundred and twenty per head.
Food quality in ABC Kitchen is in fact very much higher than those
so-called famous restaurants. They cook and prepare food with heart. You
should pay a visit and evaluate.
